Our service
Diversity.shop is an online store, an individual entrepreneur under "Diversity" (p/n 57001055485), which gives the customer the opportunity to purchase the presented products and receive services through the same website.

Products can be ordered any day of the week, including holidays, 24 hours a day.

Ordered product is delivered in 3-5 working days in Tbilisi, and in regions it depends on "Georgian Post"

Diversity.shop is not responsible for the fact that you, as a user of the website, could not buy the desired product, even if this product, before the moment of your purchase, was viewed on the same website or saved in your shopping cart.

In the event that the system provides you with information about the unavailability of the product you have selected, you agree to receive this information in accordance with the existing agreement.


Your Account and Profile

Access to the Diversity.shop website and use of its services through your account is not permitted to any other natural or legal person.

You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. If another person, not authorized by you, accesses our website and uses the service through a Diversity.shop account created in your name, we will rely on that account and assume that you are logged in to the site.

You are solely responsible for the use of the Services by anyone else on the Website using a Diversity.shop account.

For security reasons, please notify us immediately if you become aware that your Diversity.shop account is being used without your permission.

 

 

Transportation

Products purchased online are delivered to the entire territory of Georgia.

Delivery service in Tbilisi is carried out by Diversity Courier completely free of charge within 1-4 days.

The delivery service in the regions is carried out by the transport company chosen by the user, the cost of the service and the delivery time are added accordingly.

 

Risk of product loss or damage

When purchasing products through the Diversity.shop online store, our courier will serve you in Tbilisi, therefore we take full responsibility for the perfect delivery of the item.

When purchasing products in the regions, the user chooses a shipping company that will deliver your order to the specified address. The responsibility of the diver ends when the products are handed over to the shipping company and this responsibility passes to them.


Return Policy

Product return and exchange:

In accordance with the Law of Georgia "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", when purchasing a product of the individual entrepreneur "Diversity" online, the following protocol for the unconditional return of the item is defined:

1) When purchasing the product, an unconditional return period was defined - 14 calendar days
1.1) The beginning of the application for the return of the item is considered to be within 14 calendar days after the signature of acceptance.
1.2) After registering the application for the return of the item, the user is obliged to return the item immediately, but not later than 7 calendar days (if the store does not undertake to return the item), after the expiration of this period. , the customer loses the legal right to return the item!
1.3) The store is obliged to return the paid goods to the customer within 14 calendar days from the registration of the application for the return of the item! Please note that the cost of delivery of the Georgian Post item is not reimbursed!


2) To initiate the return process, you must contact us at our hotline +995-558-560-694 or send a letter to our official e-mail info@diversity.shop You must inform us about the product identification data: order number, user name and surname, user phone number number, date of receipt at the order address; Information confirming the transaction (payment), date of receipt. Note that if refund requests are made by phone and/or email. When receiving the application by phone, the call must be made from the same number specified in the order, and the application received by e-mail must be sent from the e-mail address specified during the order/registration. Return requests must be made by the person in whose name the order is placed.

3) The goods are not returned if the product has external signs of use, does not preserve the salable appearance, is damaged or lost. the factory label attached to it is damaged, replaced by another product. The issue of returning such an item can be discussed by individual agreement and based on the goodwill of the store. A prerequisite for the return of such products is a discount from the customer (within 10-40%). This condition applies only if the store's resources can bring the item to the condition that the product meets the sales standards at the time of resale. Note that if the store does not have the resources to restore the used product to factory condition, the reduced price rule does not apply.

4) Used hygiene items, as well as items whose hermetic packaging is broken, and this breach creates a risk of product defects and health hazards (cosmetics, perfumes) are not returned. Note that the unconditional return condition does not apply to products up to 30 GEL!

5) Used items are not directly returned, similar issues are considered individually and paragraph 3 of the same norm can be used (the store reserves a period of 14 calendar days to check the item)

6) The costs of transportation and other services related to unconditional returns are borne by the customer


7) If the product consists of several items, for example, a stock set, the return of one or more items does not give rise to the obligation to return the other items in case of their use, in this case the preconditions stipulated in paragraph 3 apply.
